The Southeast Asia Youth Sustainable Development Foundation (PASITA), registered in Jakarta, Indonesia, is dedicated to becoming a driving force for international educational exchange in Southeast Asia. PASITA serves as a bridge connecting governments, higher education institutions, and industries across the region, fostering collaboration toward building an inclusive and future-oriented community.
PASITA provides a strategic and sustainable platform for youth, empowering the next generation through flagship initiatives such as international lectures, youth forums, and the Go Internship program. The Foundation also promotes student mobility and exchange programs, cross-border internships and employment opportunities, language education, as well as international conferences and competitions. Backed by strong partnerships with governments, academic institutions, and industry leaders, PASITA operates with professionalism, efficiency, and broad regional influence.

Harryanto Aryodiguno, Ph.D - Chairman

Yusuf Nugraha Andrian - Supervisior
Dr. Harryanto Aryodiguno is an esteemed scholar in East Asian international relations, Chinese cultural studies, and the Indonesian Chinese community. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations, President University (Indonesia). His research covers China–Southeast Asia relations, cross-strait affairs, identity politics, and the Belt and Road Initiative.
Widely recognized across academia, business, and policy circles, Dr. Aryodiguno has been a keynote speaker at major international conferences, think tank forums, and universities worldwide. Through academic publications and mainstream media contributions, he has influenced public discourse and policy debates. With his scholarly expertise, international collaboration experience, and strategic vision, he leads PASITA in advancing youth engagement in education, culture, and sustainable development.




Mr. Nur Islami Javad is a recognized leader in digital entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and fintech, with extensive experience as a technologist, investor, mentor, and community builder. He has led large-scale projects in big data, AI, IT governance, and digital transformation with national institutions including Bank Indonesia, BRI, Telkom, and OJK.
As co-founder of multiple enterprises, CEO of an investment network, and university mentor, he has supported over 50 startups and contributed to innovative communities valued in trillions of rupiah. With his cross-sector expertise and strong resource integration, he provides PASITA with strategic insight and direction to strengthen youth innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.
Mr. Yusuf Nugraha Andrian holds a Master’s degree in Bio-Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and has extensive expertise in environmental and technological project management. As CEO of Enclave, he oversees vision, strategy, and operations, while also contributing to projects with Bio Farma, Oxlabs, and the West Java Nature Conservation Fund.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a dedicated youth mentor, providing strategic guidance to young entrepreneurs, students, and professionals across Indonesia. Actively involved in business and technology communities, he plays a key role in promoting youth talent development and sustainable growth.

International Youth Culture and Education (KEMG) is an Subsidiary Organization under PASITA, formed by youth representatives from multiple Southeast Asian countries. KEMG is dedicated to organizing and delivering diverse educational and cultural exchange programs. KEMG provides high-quality international learning opportunities, fosters cross-cultural dialogue and understanding, and cultivates young leaders with global vision and competence.
Guided by the belief in “lifelong and limitless learning”, KEMG accompanies youth on their journey of exploration, empowering them to move forward with confidence.
